Expedia, Travelocity and Sheraton Lead the Pack

Market research company Vividence studied consumers trying to use hotel and hotel room booking sites to plan and purchase travel. The results? Sites still have a long way to go -- consumers experienced problems as often as every three minutes -- but the best overall experiences were at Expedia, Travelocity and Sheraton.
