The International Hotel Occupancy and Rate report is out from Deloitte and Touche. In many cities such as London, Brussels and Santiago, average hotel rates have dropped 20%. Hong Kong dropped a whopping 37 percent in April. If you're bargain hunting for an exotic locale, this might be the report to check.
