Two Orlando Hotels Close

The Hyatt Orlando suddenly closed last week, and the Four Points Sheraton in Orlando is set to close soon. Lower occupancy rates in Orlando along with lower rates at Disney resorts and the expected December opening of Disney's newest Value resort, the Pop Century, were cited as major factors.
