NEW YORK, Sept. 25, 2003 – Mandarin Oriental, New York will open its doors on Oct. 29, 2003 in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle, offering discerning travelers and savvy Manhattanites an urban oasis imbued with sophisticated oriental style and New York City glamour. To celebrate, Mandarin Oriental, New York will delight its guests with two inaugural offers: the Special Opening Offer and the Suite-Spa Special.
The Special Opening Offer provides one complimentary night’s stay in conjunction with one or more paid nights. Valid from opening through Dec. 31, 2003, the room rates start at $595* per night going up to $12,000 for the 2,230-square-foot Presidential Suite.
Travelers seeking the "suite life" can enjoy the Suite-Spa Special, which includes a complimentary half-day spa Time Ritual for one person, or two, two-hour Time Rituals. A 14,500-square-foot haven accented with stone, bamboo and water, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental transports guests into a harmonious place of well-being, complementing their luxurious suite accommodations. Each personal treatment is delivered by experienced therapists using holistic rejuvenation techniques complemented by Asian-based rituals.
Mandarin Oriental, New York’s 48 suites range in size from 800 square feet to 2,230 square feet, and are strategically located in the corners of the hotel, ensuring spectacular views.
