Tortola, BVI - December 5, 2003 - In celebration of Tortola's much-talked-about Full Moon Parties at Bomba Shack, Long Bay Beach Resort & Villas launches a Full Moon Adventure package priced seasonally starting at $1,798 per couple for seven nights* that promises to keep the good times rolling all day and night!

Available every month during the Full Moon (dates below), the adventure includes ocean view accommodations and transportation to Bomba Shack's Full Moon Party, which is known throughout the Caribbean. This always proves to be a wild time with Bomba himself as the featured star of the festivities (ask about his special tea!). For guests who don't party too hard at Bomba's, adventures also await during the day. The Full Moon Adventure package boasts a three-day car rental for exploring the island (before the Bomba adventure or after detoxing, of course!); a day sail including snorkeling, lunch and open bar -(the perfect hangover-helper for the day after the Full Moon Party); and a day trip to a neighboring British Virgin Island. Daily breakfast at the Beach Café, four dinners at either the Beach Café or Garden Restaurant and roundtrip airport transfers are also included.

Long Bay Beach Resort & Villas is tucked into a 52-acre hillside on one mile of secluded white-sand beach. All guestrooms (90 rooms, including 10 suites, and 26 villas) feature deluxe air-conditioned accommodations each with a private balcony or deck, a ceiling fan, a wet bar, cable TV, direct dial telephones and more. Some beachfront accommodations are set on stilts at the edge of the sand and have VCRs and hammocks. All hillside rooms have dramatic ocean views and some have Jacuzzis and seating areas. One-to-three-bedroom villas include barbecue facilities, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The Garden Restaurant serves international and Caribbean gourmet fare, and the Beach Café is open all day for casual indoor/outdoor dining around the pool. Bars, namely the Beach Bar, the Pelican Pool Bar and Terry's Bar, are plentiful. Bands perform several nights a week. There is snorkeling in the summer and bodysurfing in the winter. A 130-foot free-form pool features a swim-up bar, a separate children's section and a water slide. Complimentary tennis clinics and private lessons, run by Peter Burwash International, are served up on two artificial grass courts. The Spa and Fitness Center offers treatments to revitalize and rejuvenate what the bar has wrecked. There is also a nine-hole pitch-and-putt golf course.
