Family Vacation in the Caribbean

Island Destinations is introducing "Ultimate Luxury Family Getaways" aimed at pleasing the whole family this summer. There are five ultra-kid-friendly Caribbean destinations to choose from:

Caneel Bay (St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands) has a new kids' club for ages 3-12, and adults-only beaches for parents to enjoy some quiet time. From $300 per room per night, with a second room at 1/2 off, valid May 1 to November 14.

Casa de Campo (Dominican Republic) has programs for toddlers and teens in addition to a kids' programs. Three-bedroom Excel villas have plenty of space for families to get comfortable and feature a private pool and kitchens. From $816 per villa, per night, including full daily breakfast, two golf carts, maid and butler, and round trip airport transfers, from April 12 to December 20.

Four Seasons Resorts (Nevis and Great Exuma, The Bahamas) offer a "Kids For All Seasons" program as well as amenities like tiny bathrobes and milk-and-cookies at turndown service. From $275 per room, per night, June 1 to December 19.

Half Moon (Montego Bay, Jamaica) has a children's center for ages 3+, and accomodations as large as four bedroom villas with private pools. From $240 per room, per night, now through December 15.

Little Dix Bay (Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands) has a children's for kids and teens, and two- and three-bedroom villas. From $295 per room, per night, with the second room 1/2 off, May 1 through November 14.
