"I waited in line to check-in for 2 hours and 20 minutes. When I finally got my turn at the counter, I was told that the usual wait is only 1 1/2 hours. That's absurd! They should be thankful they have that many people coming, but then they should also get themselves set up to accommodate that type of crowd. They'll never get repeat customers that way! (At least they won't see me again there.)"
