Guest Review: Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas

Saturday November 5, 2005
Mike reviews the Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas:
"The service and hospitality of the employees on the most part were rude and very unfriendly. The cashiers had to be the rudest I ever met, asking for change or cashing in your coins was like you were putting them out. The corridor floors for your rooms always had room service trays left for hours, and also a used condom was left at the Coke vending machine, which had no ice machine.

"The buffet had to be the worst for the price you had to pay... My wife and I are in our 50's and stayed at a lot of hotels, and the Tropicana has to rank at the bottom ten. I think the Tropicana should end up like the Dunes, Sands, and few of the older hotels because it has seen its better days long ago."
