Hotels Get in the Spirit with Olympic Spirits

• One of London's most iconic hotels, The Savoy is serving a special drink called The Unity Punch in its legendary American Bar. Toast your favorite US or international athletes with a mix of Bombay Sapphire Gin, Lemon Juice, Chamomile Tea, Home-made Lemon, Sage Syrup, and Celery Bitters.
• In New York City, hit the Surrey for the Blade Runner cocktail, inspired by Oscar Pistorius, the first Paralympic athlete to compete in the 2012 games. The drink mixes passionfruit with chili and ginger, and all proceeds from your purchase go the US Paralympic Team.
• Hit the Public House tavern at the Venetian in Las Vegas for Olympic Trials Beer Flights, with beers from four different countries that are represented at the 2012 games.
• And toast with cocktails inspired by various countries' national anthems at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, where exotic behind-the-bar ingredients such as fig jam, Aperol and orange bitters come into play. The only question will be whether to order The Star Spangled Banner cocktail or support the host country with the one dubbed God Save the Queen.
