How to Search For Library Books Online
From your Hotels/Resorts/Inns Guide
Do you ever go to a library, find the book you want and then when you get to the shelf it's gone? Save some time by finding and reserving your book online. Learn How.

Here's How:
- Go to the Calgary Public Library homepage http://calgarypubliclibrary.com
- Click on the "Library Catalogue" link on the lefthand menu.
- In the new browser window, click on "Library Catalogue" and then "New Search" on the lefthand menu.
- Then conduct your search just as if you were in the library. Search by title/subject/author.
- When your search results appear you can read the details on any book by clicking on the title. Then an option to put the book on hold will appear.
- At this point you will need your library card #. Good Luck.
Tips:
- Remember to find your library card first if you would like to hold a book.
- You can print the list of books that meet your search requirements. This makes it easy to go to the library and find your books.
