The Avalon Baccara was featured in the reality movie "Real Cancun" but this is not typical Spring Break destination. The decor is rustic. Colorful terracotta walls and pottery surround the freeform swimming pool; waterfalls and palm trees provide respite from the hot days. Avanti Restaurant and Studebaker's Bar and Grill provide fine and casual dining respectively.
