Fitness Center and Spa
The
fitness center and spa is a
highlight at the Art'otel Potsdam.
The full gym attracts a large
local membership. A full schedule
of classes including spinning,
yoga, pregnancy classes, children's
fitness, tai bo, karate, step,
outdoor skating, bike tours,
kayaking and dancing. The gym
provides childcare while you
work out, and there are aerobic
and weight machines as well.
Guests have free access to a
personal trainer for an hour,
and indeed must consult with
the trainer before using the
facility.
The
adjoining spa has massages,
wraps, whirlpool, five different
kinds of saunas (including aromatherapy
and light therapy), plus snacks
and healthy meals from the restaurant.
