Waldorf Astoria New York

Oscar's American Brasserie is the casual venue at the Waldorf Astoria. Named for the hotel's most beloved and memorable mâitre d' (Oscar Tschirky), Oscar's is open for breakfast and lunch (buffets and a la carte menu) and dinners. Sunday brunch is served 11:30 to 4:30. The eclectic menu includes Japanese, Low Carbohydrate items, and microbrewed beer. In addition, Oscar's still serves two famous dishes connected with the hotel, Veal Oscar and the famed Waldorf Salad. (In fact, you can order the two together with the $19 "Classic.") Casual attire.
