Little Nell is a small hotel, but it thinks big: though it has only 92 rooms, they are quite spacious and well-equipped with gas fireplaces. The Silver Queen Gondola is only a dozen steps away. Little Nell: Guest Rooms and Suites
Most of the ninety-two large and luxurious guest rooms have balconies. Each of the fifteen suites have steam showers and Jacuzzis for soothing tired muscles. If your budget runs to several thousand per night, choose the Elizabeth Paepcke suite. Think heated marble floors, a private entrance to the front of the gondola line, and soaring ceilings.

In summer, take advantage of golf and tennis privileges at Snowmass Lodge and Club. The wood-lined Wine Room is considered the most elegant private dining room in Aspen. Book early.
