What's Special About One&Only Palmilla:
If you crave tranquility, intimacy and the luxury of 24/7 butler service, this is the place to go. Yes, this gorgeous property is where the rich and famous go, but you'll probably never see them. For this kind of location and service, you pay for discretion.

Dining at One&Only Palmilla:
Restaurants include:
- Charlie Trotter's C, overlooking the Sea of Cortez, has a seasonal menu that changes daily. The Private Dining Room, seating 10, and invitation-only Chef's Kitchen Table, seating eight, both serve a signature multi-course "degustation" menu, offering diners a variety of courses, each paired with individualized wine selections.
- Agua, a more casual dining area, is perched on a bluff overlooking the sea adjacent to the resort's infinity-edge pool. The al fresco, palapa-style restaurant serves "Mexiterranean" cuisine - a hybrid of Mediterranean fare with Mexican influences.
Activities and Amenities at One&Only Palmilla:
- The 250-acre resort is part of a 900-acre community with a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course.
- But what you really want to know about is the Spa, with a top-notch exercise area and 13 private treatment villas, opening onto a garden. Our 2 1/2 hour body wrap, massage and facial was followed by an outside whirlpool/bathtub (with rose petals) and a rest on a daybed under a palapa, capped off with a cup of herbal tea and fresh fruits.
- The tropical resort has two pools: one with complimentary foot massage and another with a kids' section and a staggering infinity area that blends perfectly with the skyline and sea.
Good to Know About One&Only Palmilla:
- Eighteen miles of beaches separate the area's two main towns: Colonial style San Jose del Cabo, with a central square and a 16th century Missionary Church, and Cabo San Lucas, the focal point for night life and shopping.
- A 50-year-old white-washed, Mexican style chapel remains from the original property.
- Beaches have lazy macrame hammocks strung from shaded straw roofs.
Getting to One&Only Palmilla:
Los Cabos, located just south of the Tropic of Cancer, sits at the tip of the Baja Peninsula where the desert meets the ocean. To the east is the Sea of Cortes; to the west, the Pacific Ocean.
