Dining rooms, decorated by a French design firm, are in varied, contemporary styles, overlooking the swimming pool and the lagoon. I started by choosing a different room for each meal, then settled on my favorite, with flowing white curtains, floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the lagoon and the swimming pool. Seating is a mix of private tables and grouped sofas, giving you a choice of how social you want to be with the other guests.
