My room, in Building Eight, was quite a walk from the main areas, although very convenient to the Mexican restaurant, Las Cazuelas. The long walk entailed packing a bag for the beach and activities each morning so I wouldn't have to keep returning to the room. It posed a bit of a problem one rainy morning, when the road flooded, making it difficult to reach breakfast. On the plus side, the walk was beautiful and peaceful, and there was always a security guard present.
