Built in 1892, this eight-story skyscraper has high tea in the afternoons. Rocky Mountain spring water from the original 720-foot well flows to guest room faucets. Meeting rooms are available for up to 500 people. Restaurants include The Palace Arms for fine dining with an extensive wine list, Ellyngton's for breakfast, lunch and Sunday brunch, Ship Tavern for casual dining, and the Churchill Bar, a cigar bar.
