Value Resorts at Disney World

Moderate Resorts at Disney World

Deluxe Resorts at Disney World
Deluxe resorts at Disney World offer the best locations; some are even on the monorail line. Room sleep five comfortably, and restaurants are often signature dining experiences.
Vacation Club Resorts at Disney World
Disney Vacation Club Resorts, or Deluxe Villas, upgrade you to a kitchen. Studios have mini-kitchens, while one-, two- and three-bedroom villas add full kitchens, master bedrooms with soaking tubs, and plenty of space to spread out.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort
A moderately-priced resort near Epcot, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort provides a relaxing family atmosphere. This tropical resort sprawls over 200 acres surrounding a 42-acre man-made lake, Barefoot Bay. Each building has its own sandy beach and swimming pool.

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort
The flagship Disney World resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort surrounds you with stately, turn-of-the-century charm. The Grand Floridian is located across the lake from the Magic Kingdom, and is on the monorail line. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort has a full-service spa and the only Disney restaurant with a dress code, Victoria and Albert's.

Disney's Polynesian Resort
Disney's Polynesian Resort holds a charm for both first-time visitors and those nostalgic for the classic Disney experience. One of the original three choices for accommodations in Disney World, Disney's Polynesian Resort can make you forget how much things have changed here since the hotel opened in 1971.
Disney's Pop Century Resort
Disney's newest value resort, the Pop Century, plays around with pop culture icons from every decade of the 20th century. The resort is decorated with giant versions of memorable items like the Rubix Cube and a Mickey telephone.
Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort
Tiled street markers, cast iron details and oak trees set this Disney resort's theme in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans. The food court that actually serves fresh beignets (fried donuts made famous at Cafe du Monde). The swimming pool has a jester-themed water slide.
Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort
This atmospheric Disney resort was inspired by the Old South. It features weeping willow trees draping a meandering river and Louisiana-style architecture. The grounds themselves are lovely and peaceful (I even saw a baby bunny hopping near the walkway on a recent visit).
Disney's Saratoga Springs
Disney's Saratoga Springs offers a range of accommodations from standard guest rooms to residential-style, three-bedroom, two-story villas that sleep up to twelve people. The theming of Disney's Saratoga Springs is upstate New York at the turn of the century, and there are charming details everywhere you look.
Disney's Treehouse Villas
Built new from the ground up but inspired by the old treehouse villas on the same spot, the new structures have three bedrooms, full kitchens and large raised terraces. Their unique octagonal shapes provide views in several directions.
The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge
Set in Yosemite at the turn of the century, Disney's Wilderness Lodge uses trees, carvings and even a geyser to transport you from the middle of Florida to the Northwest. Shades of Green
The U.S. Department of Defense owns Shades of Green, a resort on land leased from Disney World offering affordable rooms to active and retired military personnel only. The resort reopened in March 2004 after a $92 million renovation. A 600-space parking garage and a new restaurant were also added during the renovation.
