The hotel is great, it is a beautiful place and the price is right. A great benefit for our service.
The problem is the staff. The front desk and Guest Services staff were awesome. But the restaurant staff were the pits! I've gotten better service at inner-city McDonalds. The housekeeping were almost as bad. You could not even complain because most of them didn't speak English! At a U.S. Government Facility!!
A manager apologized and told us that the restaurant and housekeeping were contractors...this just shows what you get with the lowest bidder, the lowest quality.
