The first new resort built on Clearwater beach in a quarter of a century, the resort sits on the land once occupied by the beloved Clearwater Beach Hotel. Although built from the ground up, the condo-hotel has the feel of a classic resort, with high ceilings and wood molding details along the walls. The resort has a total of 253 guest rooms and suites.
