Hotel San Carlos

From Lokey: I took my wife to Phoenix and made the mistake of staying at this hole. First of all, they did not disclose that we would be listening to construction equipment all night. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the morning, and had to shower with cold water. I made multiple complaints that night but all fell on deaf ears. They all claimed they could not get in touch with anyone that could address our complaints -- how convenient?
I understand the construction will be going on for two years. A lot of people will get scammed during that two years by this hotel. Even worse, the manager never even bothered to call us later on like the clueless staff said he would. All that for $110.

Stay there at your own risk. Better yet, don't even think about it.
