I were promised a $200 refund at front desk when we checked in because of the miscommunication about our hotel view. We booked the theme park view and we got pool view instead. After one month I noticed no refund was credited on my card. I called the hotel but they all declined including Steve (the guy that checked us in and the one who told us about the refund).
More problems I had and didn't like -- pool closed too early while still 90 temp outside. Twice pool shut down in middle the day for two hours. Self parking is too far. Food too pricey around the hotel property. Gift shop in the lobby bad customer service, I was cut in line and clerk didn't knowledge the sittuation. Poor Disney deco in our room.

Few things I liked -- well Disney decorated lobby. Fast elevator. Close to park and downtown Disney. Very good housekeeping service. I recommend staying at hotels on main street, or try a different hotel in the Disney resort, try to avoid Disneyland Hotel.
