I stayed three nights here and I will never go back to this hotel. No, I will never go near by this hotel. Everything was terrible and I hated to come back to this hotel every night during my stay in Las Vegas.
1. There was no information whatsoever for the on-site construction (turning into Planet Hollywood Hotel right now) and no one (even General Managers) seemed to care about how the customers might feel when they walk through noisy messy areas and paint buckets. I am not talking about the construction itself. I did not expect that kind of attitude from managers.
2. I got up late next morning at about noon. A lady from Housekeeping called me up and ask with very dry voice, "Do you want me to clean your room or not?" I said, "Yes. I will get out pretty soon." She rudely asked "When?" I said, "About in a half hour." She just hung up with no word.
After I came back to my room, I realized she just made a bed and threw new towels, not actually cleaning (i.e., bathroom and desk areas) or organizing (i.e., closing cabinet doors or putting cups in a tray) anything in my room. It felt like a humiliation, I don't know what else I can explain in English.
Finally, a senior manger kind of person (she did not wear a uniform nor a nametag) came out of nowhere and started asking "How many in party?" What kind of hotel is this?
