From Ralph: The service is just terrible. The rooms are old and in desperate need of refurbishing. The service help treats you like a common criminal. Do they get a lot of bad characters getting rooms there? That is how we were treated.
One night a security officer pounded on our door at 10PM and said we weren't supposed to be there. We thought it was a robbery scam on us at first, only to find out the front desk screwed up. When we complained about what happened and how rude it was, they just basically didn't care.
It was a miserable, miserable experience and I wouldn't stay there again if it were free. The valet guys were excellent though!!!
