Terrible Service! You had to wait 30 minutes or more for a porter. We requested a non-smoking room and they put us in a smoking room. Took three hours to be moved.
New room did not have all the amenities advertised. We had to call the front desk several times to get all the items. They kept forgetting to bring things. It was three hours from the time we called until someone brought items.

We were given the room until 6:00 p.m. on the day we were leaving and new guests were assigned to our room at 11:30 a.m. Front desk said everything was fixed, but we ended up being locked out. We were told it would take 20 minutes to get someone to let us in, even after I explained we needed to catch a flight and didn't have 20 minutes.

It was very crowded and tons of children everywhere.
