New room was on a smoking floor and had a view of Adventure Dome approx six feet outside window. Could not see anything except pink and only the blue sky. Complained and finally received a nice room after the 3rd try. Had booked this room over eight months earlier.
Pool was pitiful, very dirty and scum on walls. Hottub had 10-15 small children 3-5 years old using it like a kids pool with no adult supervision. Nothing done about it. They stayed in the tub for hours.
Hotel had thousands of people everyday pushing and shoving. Mostly non English speaking people who were very rude and pretended to not know the language when confronted on their boldness.
I have been to Vegas 5 or 6 times and have never had such an overall bad experience here until now. Elevators both in the hotel and parking garage were either broken down all the time or part of the day.
To get to rooms or the pool you had to walk through the Casino..was a big pain. Never again. The best thing for that place is to level it and build a modern hotel. True, it's kid oriented, but it's also a dump from the word go. Dirty, dark, and dingy in all phases. Stay somewhere else if you have common sense.
