Circus Circus Hotel Casino

READ!!! Do NOT stay at this hotel. Aside from the filthy accomodations and sub-par amenities, the casino proved itself to be the worst in Las Vegas.

I arrived to find a 1+ hour wait for check-in. I booked the standard room which turned out to be a manor room that I would see barely suitable for a homeless person to sleep off a hang-over.

The safe in the room cost money to use every time, and there was a disclaimer that anything stolen from the safe was not their responsibility. There was no security on the manor rooms, any vagrant or prostitute could roam freely through the halls. I was so concerned about my posessions that I left a privacy message on the door for the duration.

The worst part, however, was the casino which blatantly CHEATED me. I was playing low stakes blackjack in the wee hours and doing really well, turned $50 into about $500. Five people were at the table.

I placed a $35 bet to which I had a hard 16 and the dealer had a 3 showing, so I stayed. The dealer turned over 9 and hit a 5 came (14), she hit again a 3 came (17), and she hit again to which a 10 came (bust), but she took my money anyway because "she was not supposed to hit 17."

I immediately called the floor. And explained that she did in fact hit her 17 and the card came into play. He told me that the card didn't count she was not supposed to hit 17.

I said, "What the hell is that? She hit and the card came into play. Also that 10 would have been the player to my right's first card next hand." Everyone was in agreement.

The floor told me I could not use that type of language and ejected me from the casino for the use of the word "hell." Bear in mind that I am a businessman and was dressed accordingly (suit jacket, button down, and slacks) as I had just left the Wynn.

Needless to say I will NEVER return to this poor excuse for an establishment again. My advice" pay a little extra, stay in a credible location.
