The hotel is nothing to write home about, it's OK. The bigger problem is the management is rude and needs training in customer satisfaction.
Rather than tell my long story, let just say in most Vegas hotels if something goes wrong it is ethier corrected or you are comped something. Golden Nugget would rather see you leave the hotel rather than make your stay enjoyable. If you want to gamble on your hotel in Vegas then stay at the Golden Nugget.
