Seems to be consistent. MISERABLE. Five stars for an ICE cold shower.
The safe was broken. When the guy showed up for the repair an hour late he didn't know what to do. Second guy diagnoses but never returned. When complained to the front desk they said, just tell us again when you check out. So for days we had to leave cash in a drawer.
Then there is the TV remotes. "There is a problem" with them. Sorry your TV won't turn off unless we dispatch a tech.
