My troubles are too extensive to go into. If this is a 4 diamond rated property I have to wonder what Holiday Inn is. The only 4 diamond experience I had was with a bellman named "Doug." He was exceptional in the level of professionalism he extended towards my wife and I during our brief stay. Everything else was a mess.........
