Stratosphere Top of the World Restaurant advertises as "the most romantic dining in Vegas"...be aware: six obnoxious, drunk 'high rollers' ruined our 250 dollar Valentines Day dinner. Never again will I spend that much money on any restaurant for view, food, service and have it ruined by management not controlling the seating around disruptive guests.
