If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would...from the second that we arrived at the hotel we were treated like the bugs in the room. We booked a non-smoking room with two double beds and had confirmation and they told us that we had to stay in a smoking room with a King Size bed. From that point on it got worse.
Our room was NEVER cleaned the 4 nights we were there. I'm talking they didn't even pick up a wrapper on the floor....NOTHING! The tiles in the bathroom (which was so gross) were all cracked and broken.
We complained to other staff that worked in the hotel and they said that EVERYONE complains about the service that they receive from the staff....even their own staff bad mouths the hotel...if that doesn't say it I don't know what does.
