Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles
Guest review by Nicholas, visited July 2004

About.com Rating 1

From a guest reviewer

I recently stayed at the Millennium Biltmore for the first time in a few years. It is still a great building, although the actual room was rather run down, but it had some of the worst service and management that I have yet encountered.
First, there is an additional charge to use the pool (this is not stated on the website or by reservation staff).

Second, I was woken at 8:15 AM on the day of my departure by the housekeeping staff entering my room. I believe that a hotel should realize that I do not need my room cleaned on the day of departure and should not disturb me in trying to do so.

Third, I paid $26.00 for room service coffee and a roll that arrived without coffee cups.

Finally, I have a question about my bill. I have left two messages with the accounting office and two with the front manager; none have been returned. I will not stay here again.
