I enjoyed my stay at the New Otani. The Japanese Garden was beautiful. The room I had was very clean.
The only thing I was not so sure about was the executive upgrade. It was only about $15 to upgrade, but the things in the room should have been standard. Especially for a hotel that caters to business people.
Nice stay though. Beautiful Sunday Brunch. Gorgeous Sushi!
