From Mary: My husband and I agree that SOMETHING changed at this hotel. Our check-in went very smoothly; we got the room we wanted and had a drink in the Observation Deck bar. Wonderful!
Not too many people (being Thanksgiving) made for a stress-free visit. Our previous visits were not as delightful, but we will be returning on the strength of this visit.
