Me, my girlfriend, and two other friends went down for a couple of nights this past Labor Day weekend, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the time we arrived until we left, we were extremely impressed by all aspects of this hotel and casino. The design is clean, open and modern, with tons of rock and roll memorabilia and constant music and videos playing throughout all areas.
Food was outstanding. We were shocked at the quality of offerings at the all-you-can-eat buffet. Friday and Saturday nights are seafood night, and it included sushi, crab legs, and even lobster claws just to name a few. There were many other things to choose from, but we simply ran out of room! We had an Angus burger from the 24/7 grill at 4am Sunday morning that was great as well.
We loved the casino layout too. The high ceilings with an open, circular design and the constant music and videos was so much nicer to us than the traditional layouts and atmospheres of the mega casinos.
I could go on and on about how great everything was. But in summary, if you're looking for a place that offers an ultra-clean, modern design, high-energy rock and roll atmosphere, friendly and accomodating staff, and great food, then this is your place. As a matter of fact, we're already planning our next trip and can't wait to go back!
