From Marcelo: The facilities are absolutely amazing. Wonderfully cared tropical gardens, waterfalls, cascades, and plants. Lots of indoor space and some very nice seazonal entertainment attractions: we watched the Peking Acrobats, absolutely incredible!
The service is not the best, though, and it can be somewhat expensive, when you consider consuming things inside the hotel. For example, our room was not cleaned up one day, and two glasses of milk for my children, delivered in the room, cost me 12 dollars, without any tip! But when you remember how the place looks like, you almost forget that.
