From Matt: I stayed at 70 Park Ave. for two weeks on business. At first it seemed great...the beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. I also LOVED having the DVD player and flat screen TV.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning would not come on and the hotel was VERY reluctant to do anything about it. The most they would do was send up a fan, and this was after I had requested it three times in one night. Everyone else in my group was having the same problems.
I did, however, love the 5:30-6:30 complimentary wine in the lobby each day after work.
Where are these touch screen phones? There were not any in the six rooms I had viewed.
Overall, it was a nice stay, but the guest services could have been a bit more accommodating.
