From Andrianna: The main lobby is too simple. There is no Times Square sparkle anywhere in this hotel.
We requested a view several times months ahead of our stay, but we were completely ignored. The restaurant is dark and windowless. The bellboy was extremely pushy. And the front desk thought they were better than us.
Bad experience and a waste of money.
