From Teresa: Location is great -- good walking to everywhere.
Staff is very useless. Watch you struggle with the door while they don't move a muscle to help. Ask where you can eat, they say nowhere, walk outside and find a deli right across the street. Only two staff members were ever helpful, everyone else let you know they were bothering them.
Rooms are quite small. Bathrooms don't have shower curtains, just plexiglass that isn't big enough to stop you from soaking the floor.
Would go back for location, but maybe there is something with some service out there??
