The Haunting:
Room 16 is
the room to request - or avoid - in this haunted hotel. Abby Byr and
her husband had purchased the hotel but lost it due to unpaid taxes. The
new owners allowed the couple and their cat, Noble, to stay in the hotel
for no charge. Abby's husband left, and it is said she and Noble both
died of starvation in 1921. Abby and her cat have been spotted haunting
the hotel ever since.
