I survive the elevator ride. I walk down the third floor hallway to my guest room, thinking about how spending the night in a haunted hotel seemed like such a
fun idea in the safety of my house during the daylight hours. As I open the door to my room, I am comforted by one thought.
Tonight, I'm not staying in the most haunted room in the hotel.
Someone else is staying in that room, just above me. The third floor is a paranormal hotspot, I'm told, but it is a room on the fourth floor that is said to be haunted by Miss Mary Lake.
