From a guest reviewer, for About.com

From Brandon: For a high end hotel the experience was horrendous, upon arrival the hotel desk was not very accommodating, I parked my car and was greeted by the valet service which is $50.00 dollars a day to park I literally drove 1/10th of a mile and found parking for $25.00 a night.
I then went inside and stood in front of the desk for 18 minutes before I was asked "Sir did you need something?" The hotel bar was nice but expensive and very crowded. I needed room service and the dinner menu was missing from my room, so I called room service to see if they would bring me a menu, and never got it. When we had my breakfast was served cold on both days of the stay.
Upon checkout I had to leave my bags in storage during the day, when we came back to retrieve the bags I was asked to follow the bell man to the storage room to get my luggage. I have never reviewed anything online before, mostly because I am very easy to please, but for some reason I just had to let this be known. I would most certainly never stay at the Clift Hotel nor recommend to anyone.
