From Stephie: After paying $111, we were very disappointed. There was wet carpet in our room and a group of teenagers staying there kept us awake half the night. Kids in the (very small) pool at 2 am, running up and down the halls, it was difficult to sleep.
The castmembers the next day seemed aloof when I complained and acted like I should have done something about it. I told them that the staff that night knew about the teenagers and did nothing. $20 was taken off my room charge but I will NEVER stay there again, it is not worth the price, even with the Disney bus transportation (that is often late and off-schedule). I guess you have to pay top $ to have a nice hotel there or staff that actually care about their guests.
