From Alaine: The Polynesian was like heaven. The landscaping was breathtaking. Our room was perfect and the view was so beautiful. We had a gardenview in Tokeleu but we still saw the fireworks, the quiet pool and the beautiful walkways and landscaping. The pool and beach were a bonus. Watching the fireworks from the beach in a hammick was so relaxing.
The customer service was wonderful. Every employee there was happy and friendly. On one rainy night we called and they picked us up in a cart to take us to our car in the parking lot so we wouldn't get wet. They gave my son a card, autographed picture from Stitch and balloons for his birthday (a surprise).

We accidently didn't shut our refridgerator tight which caused some things to spoil. Our fault but they gave us a $30 room credit.

The monorail and bus service were perfect. We never waited longer than five minutes.

This resort is the perfect location and so beautiful that it's a vacation in itself. We are definitely going back. $400 a night is pretty expensive we thought, but after staying there it's worth every penny.

We went to the other resorts on the monorail to compare for next time...The Poly out beats them all even the Grand Floridian in my opinion.

Oh, Ohana was so good. Yummy food. The Spirit of Aloha was out of this world. My husband and kids said it's the best part of our entire trip! Kona Cafe doesn't look like much but wow what great breakfast. Room service was out of this world.
