From Carcoura: I just came back from an incredible vacation with my husband. We stayed at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Pariaso in Mexico. This resort is amazing. We were upgraded from the Maya to the Grand since we were honeymooners (that just means we were alone with no kids).
Everyone at the hotel was so nice and greets you with an "hola", right before asking you what you would like to drink or eat. You have a butler who takes care of you from day one, offering to shine your shoes to filling your room fridge with your favorite beverages.
There are two pools for your convenience. One pool offers in and by the pool activities such as volleyball and merengue classes, and a tranquility pool for when you just want to relax and sit back. At both pools, there are waiters and waitresses to take your order for anything you please. The dining is exquisite. You can make reservations for all your dinner nights as soon as you get to the hotel - no waking up early to stand in line.....even at the other sister hotels. The Grand offers a real Hibachi steak house, along with fine Italian and French dining. I would definitely visit this hotel again and would recommend it for couples who just want to relax and enjoy being pampered every day!
