From Teresa: There were bed bugs in the rooms!! We change to 3 different rooms. My friends and I got bite all over the legs. Managers listen but would not do a thing because we purchase through expedient. We took away the comforters and blankets and that help a little. We had to sleep with jeans on!!
The beds also had mice "sh**" or the maid was eating chocolate while making beds. It was the worst experience. We do not recommend this hotel, they front desk even accept they do get a lot of this complains!! We are Mexicans, I wonder where is the Department of Health in the "first world"?
