From Angela: At first we were disappointed in the size of the room we had, It looked a lot bigger on line. And the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.
The only thing "Nickelodeon" about our room was the kid's room on one wall (had a picture). We imagined to walk in and have Jimmy Neutron jumping out at us from all walls.
But once we went to the pools and waterslides and they had the poolside shows and contests, then we started to really enjoy ourselves. But the water at the waterslides was freeeeezing COLD!! Couldn't handle it. But we forced ourselves to go down the slides and still had fun.
Our family was even picked to compete in the show at night. That was funny. We had a good time all in all. Kids had fun. It was worth the price we paid.
This hotel was perfect for what we were looking for, a quick, relaxing weekend for us and the kids. The kids liked the arcade also. I think their should have been more characters walking around and make it more of a Nickelodeon feel to it. The first day, my husband said he would never come back but by the 2nd day he said he would.
The only other thing is that they charge an arm and a leg for all the extra activities. We gasped when we were told the prices. We have 4 children so 35 bucks per kid adds up. The staff was friendly. The food could have been better. But we would probably come back. Mostly because the room prices were fair and the kids had fun.
So my biggest suggestions are: -better food -more reasonable pricing for activities -more comfortable bedding/pillows -make the rooms more "Nickelodeon" -heat the water in the slides -more characters
