From Shawna: This hotel is a complete rip-off. The rooms are average and not worth the price. You have to pay a resort fee to use the pools (which close at the slightest sprinkle) and shuttle bus to Disney (which we did not use) and for the entertainment (which was far from entertaining and not for kids over 8).
There is a charge for EVERYTHING additional. The only time we saw any characters was at the character breakfast (75 dollars for a family of four). We tried to check out early but were informed there was a fee for this also.
We ran out of toilet paper in our room and it took 3 calls and 4 1/2 hours to get some. Poor customer service and a very poor choice to stay here. Definitely will not be ripped off again.
